Refund Policy
Camps and Private Instruction
If you have to cancel, for any reason before the start of a 212 Lacrosse camp or private instruction session, we will issue you a 100% credit of all fees paid. (Cancellations must be in writing and received by email 48 hours before the program begins to qualify. NO-SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT). Your credit is redeemable at any 212 Lacrosse camp, and is transferable to a family member.
Cash refunds are only available with the purchase of Cancellation Insurance. Cancellation Insurance is $100 and can only be purchased at the time of registration. Cancellation Insurance guarantees you a 100% cash refund of all fees paid if you cancel anytime before the camp start date. Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations after a camp start date, will receive a 100% credit.
*Please note: $100 Cancellation Insurance is non-refundable.*
Competitive Training Programs
No refunds will be rewarded after 30 days from the player’s registration date. Any player wishing to withdraw from their commitment must first contact Mike Acee by email. Upon notification of a player’s refund request (within 30 days from the player’s registration date), 212 Lacrosse will provide a prorated refund.
