Rosters & Playing Time
Competitive Balance
In high-stakes games and pivotal tournament moments, playing time is prioritized for players ranked higher on the depth chart. This ensures the most potent lineup, maximizing our competitive edge.
Commitment to Equity
We are devoted to fostering equitable opportunities. Coaches actively seek moments during tournaments to provide every rostered player with meaningful game experience and developmental opportunities, especially in less critical situations.
Summary
Our depth chart policy is central to our commitment to balancing team success and player development. With clear evaluation standards and open communication, we create a positive, growth-oriented environment. Athletes gain clarity on their path to improvement and their vital role within the team, empowering them to thrive both individually and collectively.
