Policies
Refunds
Our approach to refunds is governed by a “No Refund Policy” across all our programs and events. However, to ensure you’re safeguarded against unforeseen circumstances like injuries, illnesses, or event cancellations due to inclement weather, we strongly recommend the new insurance option, “Registration Saver,” provided by AIG. This policy covers your registration and travel fees for the club season, offering relief from our no-refund policy. This policy is available during the registration process for all programs.
Deposits
Please note that all deposits made are non-refundable.
Outstanding Balances
We understand the need for flexibility in payment arrangements. Payment plans are accessible to 212 families for all our programs when required. If you opt for a payment plan, kindly communicate your preference. Otherwise, after a grace period of 5 days beyond the due date, outstanding balances will be charged to the credit cards on file.
Financial Aid
If financial aid is available for your program, it will be allocated based on the following criteria:
- Verified Family Income: We consider factors like unemployment and financial hardships. To validate your income when applying for financial aid, please send a signed certified copy of your most recent Federal Tax Return Form 1040 (including line 37) to mike@212lacrosse.com.
- Amount Awarded: The Financial Aid Committee determines the aid amount for the season. However, there is no obligation to exhaust the entire award pool. The distribution of awards is on a sliding scale, contingent on verified family income and the number of aid requests. The maximum aid amount cannot exceed the total fee for the program.
- Application Process: Submit your financial aid applications at least two months before the first practice/event. Review, decisions, and communications regarding financial aid will be completed before the start of the season.
Private Training
Please be aware of our 48-hour cancellation policy for private training sessions.
