212 Lacrosse 15 Year Review
Park City, Utah
Over the past 15 years, from 2009 to 2024, we at 212 Lacrosse have been fortunate to grow from modest beginnings and achieve several milestones. This progress would not have been possible without the collective efforts of our entire community – our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and hardworking players. We are deeply grateful for their tireless commitment and unity, which have been instrumental in moving our organization forward.
With sincere appreciation,
Our Journey: 2009-2024
As we reflect on this period, we are humbled by the positive impact we’ve been able to make together:
Community Support
We’ve had the privilege of assisting families in need through donations and free training programs for those facing financial challenges.
Local Impact
Our organization has strived to be a positive force in the community, contributing to local job creation and fostering mutual support.
Mentorship
We’ve focused on nurturing well-rounded individuals, aiming to impart valuable life lessons alongside lacrosse skills.
Team Achievements
Through the dedication of our players and coaches, we’ve been fortunate to experience success on the field, including 488 victories and 41 championships.
Player Development
We’ve had the honor of working with over 2,800 players, providing approximately 7,500 hours of training. It’s been rewarding to see 90 players pursue college lacrosse opportunities.

Testimonials:
We’re grateful to have received feedback from parents about their experiences with 212 Lacrosse. Their words explain how our program has impacted young athletes and families. We appreciate parents sharing their thoughts, which help us understand our strengths and areas for improvement as we continue striving to provide a positive lacrosse experience for all participants.
Club Tournaments:
Over the past 12 seasons, our teams have participated in 51 tournaments, resulting in 363 wins, 85 losses, and 38 tournament championships. We’re thankful for the hard work and commitment of our players, coaches, and families, which have made these achievements possible. These experiences have helped us grow as a program and taught us valuable lessons about perseverance, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
State Champions:
We are grateful for the opportunity to participate in the Utah State Championships for seven seasons. During this time, our teams have been fortunate to achieve a combined record of 126 wins, 36 losses, and three state championships.

212 EXPECTATIONS
Players must understand the team is above the individual; we succeed together:
“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”
-Michael Jordan
· Players & Parents – No talking to officials.
· At each game, players must line up their bags in an orderly. All belongings must remain in bags unless they are being used. Players, not Parents, are responsible for carrying their bags and ensuring they have all the necessary equipment. Before you leave for games, be sure you have everything. Parents are not responsible for their players’ equipment.
· Be respectful and courteous to others. Those who put on a 212 jersey represent our culture and must uphold a robust code of conduct. All players are to be good sportsmen and understand that being in their position is a privilege.
· Maintain a positive atmosphere in all circumstances. Encourage teammates and other 212 players and coaches. Players will always be favorable to each other, congratulate each other when we succeed as a team, and never place blame for team losses or mistakes. Be happy for your teammates when they do something well. Tell them they had a great game. NEVER belittle another player on this team or any other team. No matter the outcome, we win with class and lose with class.
· At the end of each game, we will always “get” our goalies, look opposing players in the eyes, and shake hands respectfully (helmets stay on, gloves off, line up goalie first). Players’ failure to conduct themselves respectfully on or off the field will have consequences.
· Following games, players are to clean up their belongings and trash accumulated throughout the game.
· During gameplay, every player must be focused and encouraging their teammates. All players must be in a line, organized, and ready to sub into the game. There is no sitting on the sideline or taking a knee unless injured. Our bench is just as meaningful as our players on the field.
· Do everything 100%. As coaches, we put our teams in the best possible position to succeed. We fully expect each individual to submit themselves to the best of their abilities, regardless of the circumstance.
· Play fast, Have fun, and RESPECT THE GAME.
· Be a good teammate – we are here for each other and expect your total commitment Every day. Thank you.
