Subject: All snacks and tents have been volunteered. Thank you.
Dear 212 Lacrosse Families,
We will have three tents that will provide ample shade and shelter for our players to relax, enjoy snacks, and stay hydrated between games. Tents will be provided by Kyle Kemper, Kim Wentworth, and Maria Keegan.
Thank you so much for your time, energy, and generosity. Your willingness to help with these details enables me to focus on other team logistics, and I appreciate it.
212 Expectations & Depth Chart Policy
Players must understand that the team is greater than the sum of its parts; we succeed together.
“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.”

-
Players & Parents: No talking to officials.
-
Equipment Management: At each game, players must line up their bags in an orderly fashion. All belongings must remain in bags unless in use. Players, not parents, are responsible for carrying their bags and ensuring they have all necessary equipment. Before leaving for games, confirm you have everything. Parents are not responsible for players’ equipment.
-
Respect and Conduct: Be respectful and courteous to others. Those who wear a 212 jersey represent our culture and must uphold a strong code of conduct. All players must be good sports and recognize that their position is a privilege.
-
Positive Atmosphere: Maintain a positive atmosphere in all circumstances. Encourage teammates and the other 212 players and coaches. Players will always support one another, congratulate each other on team successes, and never assign blame for team losses or mistakes. Celebrate your teammates’ achievements and tell them when they’ve had a great game. Never belittle another player on this team or any other team. Win with class and lose with class, regardless of the outcome.
-
Post-Game Etiquette: At the end of each game, players will always “get” their goalies, look opposing players in the eyes, and shake hands respectfully (helmets on, gloves off, goalie first in line). Failure to conduct oneself respectfully on or off the field will result in consequences.
-
Clean-Up: After games, players must clean up their belongings and any trash accumulated during the game.
-
Sideline Behavior: During gameplay, every player must stay focused and encourage teammates. All players must be in a line, organized, and ready to substitute into the game. There is no sitting on the sidelines or taking a knee unless injured. Our bench is as vital as our players on the field.
-
Effort: Give 100% in everything you do. As coaches, we position our teams for success. We expect each player to commit fully, regardless of the circumstances.
-
Team Spirit: Play fast, have fun, and respect the game.
-
Commitment: Be a great teammate—we are here for each other and expect your full commitment every day. Thank you.

Rosters & Playing Time
Competitive Balance
In high-stakes games and pivotal tournament moments, playing time is prioritized for players ranked higher on the depth chart. This ensures the most potent lineup, maximizing our competitive edge.
Commitment to Equity
We are devoted to fostering equitable opportunities. Coaches actively seek moments during tournaments to provide every rostered player with meaningful game experience and developmental opportunities, especially in less critical situations.
Summary
The depth chart policy is a cornerstone of our commitment to striking a balance between team success and player development. Through transparent evaluation standards and open communication, we cultivate a positive, growth-oriented environment. Athletes gain clarity on their path to improvement and their vital role within the team, empowering them to thrive both individually and collectively.
